Prescriptive Process & The ACTS Framework
The prescriptive process helps you achieve your goals by taking one step in the right direction. Then another. Then another. All in the right direction.
Our prescriptive process incorporates the ACTS financial planning framework to help pharmacists achieve their financial goals.
Step 1: Articulate Your Goals
- Goal Identification
We listen to you to learn more about your unique financial position. We work with you to personalize and prioritize each of your financial goals. - Data Gathering / Get Organized
You have some real work to do here. In order for us to give you good advice, we need all the details. Current balances in checking and savings accounts, retirement accounts with holdings and balances, mortgage balances, credit cards and loans, and insurance information. Don’t worry, we have tools to help you organize this data and you really only need to do it once.
Step 2: Consider your Options
- Analyze and Evaluate your Current Situation
We will summarize and review your current financial situation to help determine the steps you need to take to meet your goals. We focus on cash flow, debt management, insurance coverages, portfolio allocation, and retirement income. - Develop and Present Recommendations
This is when we present our ideas for your consideration. We offer recommendations and suggestions that align your goals and priorities to your cash flow.
Step 3: Take Action
- Implement Plan
Once we have determined an initial course of action, we will walk you through implementing the recommendations. This is a critical step in achieving your life and financial goals. It is one thing to have a plan, it is another thing to put the plan into action.
Step 4: Systematic Monitoring & Meeting
- Monitor Financial Recommendations
We continually review your balance sheet, cash flow, insurance needs, and portfolio allocation so you can focus on living your best life. - Meet with your Regularly
We know that life can be unpredictable. That is why we meet with you regularly to review all aspects of your financial life. We are always listening to and working with our clients.
